Calling All Women in Leadership

Did You Know? Humans are biologically programmed to trust and respond positively to confident people.
Confidence is the superpower that has allowed humans to believe they can do the unthinkable. It is one of the most powerful attributes humans possess and can leverage. It is the quintessential superpower that allows you to move mountains." .
Unfortunately, women often struggle in this area more than men.
Without self-confidence, women will not be able to grow or achieve new milestones. After all, confidence gives women the power to influence people to believe anything we say and do things that we want.

In this Anthology Expert Co-Authors share anecdotal stories to highlight themes of women's challenges with confidence in leadership and how they overcame such challenges to rise to the top in their respective fields. The aim of this collective is to empower women who yet struggle with confidence to be awakened, to employ the strategies shared to move boldly in the direction of their dreams, to take on leadership roles and to own their power.
