When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

The 2017 ZOOM Conference will take place March 24-25 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel Atlanta

 

What are the registration rates? Please click here for deadlines, rates, and other registration information. 

If you register for the conference before September 30, 2016:  

•    Registrants will receive the early bird registration rate of $99  

If you register for the conference before November 30, 2016:

•    Registrants will receive the regular registration rate $109

If you register for the conference between December 1, 2016 – February 15, 2017:

•    Registrants will receive the late registration rate of $119

If you register for the conference after February 15, 2017:

•    Registrants will receive the final late registration rate of $139

 

How do I add a workshop to my registration? Are Breakout session workshops included in conference registration?

You can register for workshops on the registration form. Workshops are included in conference registration and do not incur any additional fees.

 

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Are group registrations available and is there a form for large groups?

Yes, groups of 20 or more may register with our group registration rate and request the group form by contacting us at B2Fgirls@gmail.com. The group discount rate of $99/pp is available until December 30, 2016.
 

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

One-day conference registration is not available. Please note that your registration is valid only for all sessions and public events on both days.

 

Is the conference schedule available?

Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website in late December.

 

When will the exhibit hall be open?

Throughout the conference Saturday, March 25.

 

How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?

This information will be available on the Vendor page.

 

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. Sponsorships are processed in August thru February for the conference the following year. To become a sponsor and for more information, please contact info@b2fgirls.org. For more information, please visit the Sponsors information above.

 

Can I advertise in the conference program?

Yes. Copy and payment must be received by January15, 2017. Please contact info@B2Fgirls.org to make arrangements and click here for more details.

 

What services are available for special needs and requests?

B2F Girls Worldwide encourages persons with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please contact info@B2Fgirls.org no later than January 20, 2017 to request accommodations for special needs. If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the registration form when you register.

 

I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?

B2F Girls Worldwide does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events. Session presenters-- those who are listed in the conference program and are formally presenting a session or facilitating a roundtable discussion-- are able to come to their session only without registering, but will not be permitted in the exhibit hall, will not receive conference materials, and will not be able to attend conference events other than the session they are facilitating.

 

I'm a presenter - is there a PowerPoint template I should be using?
All presenters should have received a link to a page with information for session presenters, which includes a link to the PowerPoint template. Click here for the template, as well as other key logistical information for the conference.

 

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

B2F Girls Worldwide is unable to assist with travel or registration costs this year.

 

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

A certificate of attendance is available upon request by emailing info@B2Fgirls.org within 10 days after the conference.

 

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable through January 13. Starting January 14, transfers will not be accepted. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference registrar. B2F Girls is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, hotel conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after Jan 13.

 

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

Upon full payment of conference registration fees, the participant may request an invitation letter by emailing info@B2Fgirl.org. B2F Girls will not supply an invitation letter to unpaid or unregistered participants, and B2F Girls reserves the right to refuse to provide invitation letters for attendees. Non-members outside the U.S. requiring an invitation letter must pay by wire transfer. Please note that B2F Girls does not give any further support to the visa application process. Obtaining a visa remains the sole responsibility of the participant. Regular cancellation deadlines apply, regardless of whether your visa was granted or not.
